Delivery Information
We understand how important it is for you to receive your deliveries as soon as possible. Please find out below how we ensure that we get your orders to you as quick as possible.
Carriage paid / free delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders over £35 excl. VAT.
All orders below this value will be charged at £4.99 for shipping
Next Day Delivery
We use a Next Day delivery service for all non-pallet orders. If your order is placed before 1pm, then there is a chance that we can get your order to you.
If you need your order the following day, then please check the box that is marked “I need this tomorrow” on checkout. If we are unable to achieve this then we will contact you.
Future Delivery & Back Orders
If you would like to place an order for delivery in the future, then you are able to choose this at checkout, please write in the order notes what day you would like your order delivered. We will hold your order until your chosen date.
We will try and fulfil your order as soon as possible, but in the instance that we do not have sufficient stock, then you will be contacted ASAP. We will inform you of the qty amounts that we can fulfil, and what we have put onto backorder.
